In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 285 dated March 15, 2020 "On the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 3), paragraph 2 of Article 16 of The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the state of emergency”, by the Rules of accounting in state institutions, approved by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 3, 2010 No. 393, “Production and implementation of protective bandages” joint project was implemented between «Aspharm» LLP and “Ertis SEC” JSC in the total number of 1,100,000 pieces intended for further sale in order to prevent coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of  East Kazakhstan region.
